The Village is pleased to announce we will be conducting a comprehensive community survey beginning in late August. The survey will initially be made available to a representative sample of randomly selected households, who will receive a mailed postcard invitation to participate. Soon after, all residents will be able to complete the survey online by visiting the Village of Lisle’s website on September 21, 2023.
Over the past few months, the Village has worked with Polco, an independent consultant and civic engagement company, to develop the survey. The instrument, known as The National Community Survey™, allows the Village to gather and compare results as well as benchmark residents’ opinions against other communities across the country. The survey will include questions about quality of life, important characteristics of the community, municipal services and priorities for the future.
If you are selected, we highly encourage you to take the survey at your earliest opportunity. This survey will help the Village Board and staff identify priorities for the community and plan for the future.
