Village staff have worked diligently to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system, which has increased processing efficiencies and improved service offerings to the public. The final phase of this project will be the integration of Utility Billing, which billing customers will notice some changes in the upcoming months. The introduction of a user-friendly customer portal, updated account numbers for those who use online bill pay, and a redesigned utility bill to be easier to read and interpret. The Village is looking forward to implementing these changes to provide better service to our customers. Watch for these exciting changes to become available this winter.
