New Utility Billing Portal Now Available for Village of Lisle Customers

The Village of Lisle has completed the conversion to OpenGov, the Village’s new utility billing system. With the conversion to a new billing system, Village of Lisle Water and Sewer customers will notice the following: 

  • Updated Account Numbers – Look for your new account number in the upper left corner of your statement. Customers who currently make their payments directly through their financial institution will need to update their account number to ensure payments are applied correctly to their utility billing account. Customers who are currently signed up for automatic payments will not have to do anything. Monthly payments will be withdrawn from your checking/savings account and applied to the utility billing account automatically.
  • Customer Portal – A new user-friendly online customer portal is now available by going to http://lisleil.pay.opengov.com/. To access the portal, customers will need to register their account with the account number and customer PIN from your statement. Within the portal, customers can make online payments, sign up for Direct Debit payments, view account activity, or enroll in E-billing.
  • Email Notifications – Customers who have signed up for e-billing or are accessing the new customer portal will be receiving email notifications from the following email address: lisleil (fmsops+lisleil@opengov.com), and the subject line of the email will refer to the Village of Lisle Online Utility System. 

Please note, these changes are for Village of Lisle utility billing customers only. Illinois American Water customers are unaffected. Please contact the Village’s Customer Service Department at water@villageoflisle.org if you have any questions.
